Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones is an American actress from the United States. Her most well-known roles include roles in soap operas as Megan Dennison on The Young and the Restless and as Bridget Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful. The actress played Daphne in a role that was regular on her role in the HBO series True Blood's 2nd season. Ashley Jones obtained a Bachelor of Human Learning (K-8) from University of Tennessee at Martin in 1997. She started her career as a teacher in Maury County where she taught Kindergarten and first graders Reading. Brent Jones moved from UT Martin to Thompsons Station after she got married. The following year at Bethesda Elementary she started teaching the 4th grade. Between 1999 and 2000, she went on to continue teaching and earn her Master of Instruction at Trevecca Nazarene University. In 2000 she stepped back from teaching after the birth of their son, the oldest of them Baylor. Ashley's last 15-year focus has been on helping children grow in both her own church and the community at large. In addition, she serves in various capacities. Ashley has been an educator and leader in Thompson Station Church's Preschool and Students Ministry for the past 13 years. Ashley as well as her family homeschooled for 3 years. Ashley was also teaching History at the home school tutorial during their years of school at home. She enjoyed being in the home with her children and was a great teacher the children. However, God made it clear that the time had come for them to go back fully-time. Brent and Ashley have 5 children. Silas Eliza and Cruz are all students at GCA. Baylor an GCA graduate attends as a baseball player at UT Martin. Callan an GCA graduate is enrolled at Western Kentucky University. This is a very busy family that enjoys playing fishing, sports and hunting with their family.
